To avoid these issues in future, it is recommended to keep modem area clean and free from dust. Fiber should be handled by care at Customer end.

 

Root Cause:

 

Possible causes of frequent disconnection include fiber bending due to rough handling of fiber at Customer end and also modem hang due to Over heat due to improper ventilation of modem.

 

Trouble Reason:

 

Customer is getting frequent disconnection.

 

Recovery action:

 

Called the Customer to check the Internet and confirmed that it is working fine now.
